This page gives information about one hundred special copies of this new Tecla edition of Ferandiere's Arte de tocar la guitarra española numbered from 1 to 100.

This book has been printed by Artes Gráficas Soler in Valencia, Spain, printers who have specialized in fine printing for over a hundred years (see their history). They printed the very first Tecla Editions book back in 1971. I asked them to print now not only the basic paperbound and clothbound editions of the Arte de tocar la guitarra española but also in addition this special printing of one hundred copies paperback numbered from 1 to 100 and printed on special paper (Rives Tradition 120g).

The price per copy is 96,00 euros or 80.00 pounds or $132.00, which is perhaps a little high, but there is a good reason for this! My idea is to place any profit on this special edition on one side, to be used only for the printer’s bill for the next Tecla publications, of which I have three coming up for printing in the next year or so. (Think of it, if you like, as a kind of Kickstarter. You are getting a copy or copies of a very special edition, and Tecla is getting some funding.)

So if you would like to have one of the one hundred copies on special paper numbered from 1 to 100, you can do so by sending us an email.  You can choose your number if it is still available.  Orders will be taken strictly in order of receipt. And whatever edition you wish (whether the regular edition or this special edition, if you like I will sign it for you. Just send us an email if you would like me to sign your copy and we will organize it.
